**Medical Practice Manager - Part Time**

Here’s what you will be doing:

- Oversee daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery, in line with healthcare standards and regulations
- Manage and mentor a team of administrative and clinical staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimise workflows and enhance patient and team experience
- Manage the clinic's financial performance, including budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis
- Maintain a culture of continuous improvement in support of the RACGP 5th Standards
- Liaise with stakeholders, including GPs, allied health professionals, and patients
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and all other human resource related activities
- Manage and maintain the clinic's IT systems and infrastructure including:

- HotDoc
- Best Practice
- Tyro
