**What you'll do**
- Assess credit decisions within set requirements and follow procedures.
- Always provide sound advice regarding process / guidelines. Be the trusted advisor to our dealer partners and VWFS Regional Managers
- Delegated lending authority of $180,000
- Customer is advised of the credit decision promptly and courteously, maintaining 2 hour target.
- Escalate transactions outside your lending authority to management with recommendations required to ensure speed and accuracy.
- Ensure that approvals have been documented according to VWFS policies and procedures, with all relevant attachments and forms attached and completed correctly.
- Take queue calls from customers, remaining logged into the phone queue at all times.
- Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner.

**What you'll bring**
- Qualifications in Finance, alternatively, experience in the financial services or banking industry.
- 2 years’ experience in credit lending
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- A motivation to learn
- The ability to identify and develop alternative solutions to problems
