**Position Overview**

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced **Recovery Coach** to provide Face to face services to NDIS participants with psychosocial disabilities. This role focuses on capacity-building, recovery planning, and strengthening a participant's ability to manage their supports and live well.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build trusting relationships with participants through regular online sessions (video or phone)
- Support participants to understand and implement their NDIS plan
- Co-develop personalised, recovery-oriented goals and plans
- Identify and build on participants' strengths, interests, and aspirations
- Assist with accessing services, supports, and community resources
- Collaborate (with consent) with clinicians, carers, and other service providers
- Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation in line with NDIS standards

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Qualification in Mental Health, Peer Work, Social Work, Community Services or similar (minimum Cert IV)
- Lived or learned experience in mental health recovery (highly valued)
- Understanding of psychosocial disability and recovery-oriented practice
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $26.34 - $52.29 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
