**How you contribute**
- We are looking for a driven team player, who is highly self-motivated and looking to actively contribute to an innovative and fast paced environment; working to meet deadlines. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to engage and influence and help others with an enthusiastic attitude

**Here’s what we need**:

- Report to the Snr. Product Manager and collaborate with the product management team.
- Gather product data, including web analytics, statistics, and market trends.
- Analyse market research data
- Record product defects & enhancement requests
- Assist PMs with backlog grooming
- complete responsibility for VoC repository
- Ensure that data quality standards are maintained to aid governance
- Product Operations
- manage all aspects, including constant improvement, governance, KPI reporting
- Prepare project status and risk management reports.
- Contribute to marketing strategies for enhanced product features.
- Train internal departments on new product features and provide support to customers.
- Test new features and support iterations until improvements meet expectations
- Support PMs to gather data insights to help influence and guide product decisions
- Participate in product marketing meetings focused on driving acquisition, conversion, and retention
- Ensure product requirements are captured and prioritized
- Assist in creating release notes, user documentation and training

**How you’ll succeed**:

- 2 years of experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
- Industry recognised Product Management certification(s)
- Experience in leveraging Aha & Jira for product lifecycle management
- Experience in gathering and interpreting qualitative product data and market/customer feedback.
- Ability to analyse industry trends and competitor behaviour.
- Ability to identify improved product features and contribute to marketing strategies.
- Report to Senior Product Manager and collaborate with the product development team.
- Proficiency in compiling project status, risk management, and marketing reports.
- Ability to maintain strong customer relations and provide product support.
- Competency in training internal departments on new product features.
- Excellent communication skills.
