Are you looking for variety in your next Educator position and an opportunity to gain valuable experience from a variety of knowledgeable teams? We have an exciting role within our new **Rapid Response team** to fill the urgent needs within our bustling Brisbane north centres.

We understand the importance of ensuring we have the right team on the floor at the start and end of every shift despite leave and other commitments. The Rapid Response team will be the cavalry and swiftly deployed across the Brisbane north region at short notice to support our centres during their time of need. Working full time at any one of 5 centres between 6am-6.30pm, the Rapid Response team will be notified of the centre that needs their support on the day of the shift. You will enjoy the variety of working across multiple centres and collaborating with your colleagues to creative a nurturing environment while developing meaningful relationships with the children and their families.

**What you’ll bring**

You will bring your experience within early childhood and flourish in an energetic and fun environment with a team who shares your commitment to guiding children’s early learning and development.

Due to the nature of the role, it is imperative that you are quick on your feet and flexible to move across centres day to day. You will receive a higher rate of pay to reward your flexibility and reliability.

To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:

- A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
- Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
- A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one)
- Drivers licence with your own reliable transport to work in multiple locations.
