As Junior Demand Planner, you will collaborate with our Field Sales teams and customers to understand the demand plan and develop a rolling baseline forecast. You will generate statistical baseline forecasts by utilising your knowledge of Sales & Operations planning/Integrated business planning processes and analysing historic performance data, business assumptions and projections.

You will ensure that the forecast remains accurate over time by monitoring the forecast performance, identifying areas of improvement, and making justified recommendations. With your guidance and support, we look forward to the development of data integrity, tools and cross-functional relationships.

About You
- Be the voice of our data; Stakeholder management skills and strong communication methods are to be successful in this role
- Have a strong understanding/knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Have an analytic background in order to identify and resolve stock issues quickly
