Warrigal Queanbeyan is a modern state-of-the-art 130 bed residential care home, co-located with the Warrigal Community Village, providing a range of services and support to older people.

**About the role**:
Using your extensive management skills and experience you will be responsible for providing leadership to members of the Warrigal Queanbeyan leadership team and their direct reports, ensuring that onsite service delivery remains focused on wellness, lifestyle and exceptional levels of customer service.
Leading and managing all aspects of Warrigal Queanbeyan operations, including engagement with customers and their families, employees, volunteers, business and community stakeholders and commercial business partners, you will be accountable for the delivery of high levels of customer satisfaction, positive people and culture outcomes, compliance to legislative and regulatory requirements, and financial performance.
**To be successful you will need**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Hospitality, Health, Social Science, Nursing degree or equivalent.
- Advanced communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills including facilitation of sensitive conversations with staff, residents and family members.
- Demonstrated success in managing business operations to ensure outstanding care outcomes while achieving financial growth.
- Demonstrated exceptional leadership experience in managing the operations of a customer driven industry such as aged care.
- Exceptional relationship management skills leading to high levels of community and employee engagement.
- Demonstrated experience in change management, quality systems and compliance.
- Capacity to implement new models of care in a complex operating environment.
- Demonstrated understanding and commitment to resident directed care.
