As a Career Medical Officer in General Medicine, you will be responsible for assessing and managing patients across several clinical departments under the supervision of senior practitioners.

Selection Criteria:

  • Qualifications and experience commensurate with the role and previous experience in a medical department relevant to the position.
  • Adept written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients, family members and other healthcare professionals.
  • Good organisational and time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment.
  • Commitment to quality improvement, patient safety and risk management.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development and commitment to self-education.
