**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking an experienced Mobile Banker to service Brisbane and the surrounding area.

In this role you will provide a personalised banking service to our prospective and existing members to assist them to maximise their financial health and well-being. You will do so by offering an efficient, high quality service for members seeking the convenience of at-home or workplace visits. You will build and/or retain relationships with Teachers Mutual Bank Limited’s members and prospective members across all our brands in the areas of mortgage lending and promote our products and services.

**Applicant requirements**:
It is essential that applicants have excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills and a proven track record in home loan sales. Extensive business development and mobile lending experience are essential.

We are looking for an individual who has the ability to work unsupervised and thrive on generating business development opportunities. You will also need to be self-motivated, target driven, have good attention to detail, be able to work under pressure and have the confidence to represent TMBL and maintain our high member service levels.

Additionally, you will have:

- FSR Tier 2 accreditation
- Certificate IV in finance of mortgage broking - desirable
- Unrestricted driver’s licence

As a Mobile Banker you will be responsible for managing your own hours of work. Weekend work and public holidays should be managed on an as needed basis.
