**About the Role**

This position forms part of the Mobile Banking Team within the First Party Lending Channel.

Accountable and responsible for achieving sales and service growth, this position focuses on providing an efficient end to end home loan process, quality member experiences, proactive business development, working with key stakeholders at partner events and the promotion of all TMBL’s brands.

This sales role creates or retains a relationship with the Banks members and prospective Members predominantly in the area of mortgage lending. This role is also responsible for promoting and selling all TMBL products and services.

Based in Brisbane, you will work remotely from home visiting members with a requirement to attend the office for collaboration and meetings when required.

**About You**

Essential duties and responsibilities will include the following. Others may also be assigned.
- Accountable for achieving sales and service KPI’s
- Identify business development opportunities and prospects from TMBL’s current member base and other sources within the community to promote TMBL home loans and other associated products and services
- Conduct interviews through various methods using online video conferencing, over the phone and attendance at face to face external locations.
- Maintain and develop clear and effective communication with prospective and existing members, internal TMBL stakeholders and external TMBL stakeholders at all times.
- Contribute and participate in all Mobile Banker Team and TMBL stakeholder meetings to ensure learnings and experiences are shared.
- Ensure compliance within delegated level of authority and meets all legislation requirements.
- Attends TMBL functions and industry events to maintain an active profile within the industry and develop new business prospects.
- Completes business development visits at places of work to help promote TMBL, our loan products and associated financial products and services.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Proven experience in direct home loan sales
- Proven sales experience - desirable
- Financial Services Reform Tier 2 Accreditation
- Unrestricted driver’s license
- Solid understanding of legislation and compliance
- Strong relationship building, people management and well developed influencing skills
- Ability to speak in front of small to large groups to promote the banks offerings and values.
