**Your day to day**:
Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you’ll be part of a small team of genuine people, looking to create lasting memories and exceptional experiences for each and every guest.
- Guest room in-stay & departure cleans, & maintaining common areas to a high standard.
- Ensure quality benchmarks are met in accordance with set brand standards & cleaning metrics
- Supervise and provide guidance, direction, and training to the Housekeeping team to ensure they meet standards and benchmarks
- Assist with the rostering for the Housekeeping team
- Ensure a smooth communication channel between the Housekeeping team and Front Office team
- Assist the Hotel Manager with housekeeping project work
