**Role Description**:
Within the indoor and outdoor classrooms of The Children's House, a world of discovery awaits. As an Educator, you will play an essential role in nurturing the hearts and minds of our young learners. Your responsibilities will include:

- _Supportive Guide_: Assisting with our holistic-based program and activities, fostering independence, role modeling respect, encouraging problem-solving, and promoting empathy to help maintain a sense of genuine community and teach valuable life skills.
- _Guardian of Hearts_: Assisting with the care and supervision of our children, you will create a safe and nurturing environment, fostering physical and emotional well-being through gentle guidance.
- _Nature Explorer_: Leading our curious learners on nature expeditions within The Children’s Garden, you will help develop a deep appreciation for the natural world and inspire a love for environmental stewardship.
- _Creative Muse_: Nurturing artistic expression and cultural learning through hands-on activities, stories, music and movement you will ignite a spark of creativity within each child, allowing their unique talents to shine.

**Essentials**:

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare centre, preschool, or similar setting
- Familiarity with the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Framework
- Current First Aid, CPR and Anaphylaxis training (or willing to obtain)
- Current valid Blue Card
- Interest in holistic education (Montessori experience is not required. High-quality training will be provided).

Expected hours: 24 - 37.5 per week
