The **Women’s & Children’s Health Network** provides state of the art health care for women, babies, children and young people across South Australia. We are the state’s leading provider of specialist care for children with acute and chronic conditions as well as being SA’s largest maternity and obstetric service.

**The Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS)** is a free community-based tertiary mental health service provided through the WCHN across South Australia, providing care to those with severe and/or complex mental health needs. CAMHS provides services to: infants / children / young people up to 18 (16 in some areas) for community, statewide and hospital-based services for perinatal women.
**The Opportunity**
An exciting opportunity exists to join the **CAMHS Elizabeth team** as a **CAMHS Aboriginal Social and Emotional Wellbeing Worker, ASO5 **on an **ongoing, full time** contract. If you are interested in using your skills to provide cultural and clinical expertise for children, adolescents and their families we strongly recommend you apply.
The **CAMHS Aboriginal Social and Emotional Wellbeing Worker** is responsible for ensuring optimal consumer care. Addressing cultural safety and undertaking culturally informed engagement, assessment, education/advocacy, counselling and group work are considered essential components of care which is directed towards consumer health and recovery. This involves ongoing consultation, liaison and co work with other **CAMHS** disciplines, government and non-government organisations.
