**Full-time and Part-time roles available**

Located in beautiful, historic Ipswich, Bolton Clarke’s Milford Grange provides high-quality aged care in a friendly, secure and comfortable residential environment.

Our focus for residents is what best suits their individual needs and wants, our Activities officers facilitate this through:

- Participation in the development, implementation and assessment of therapeutic plans
- Supporting residents to engage in their leisure and lifestyle choices and activities
- Supporting staff and volunteers in provision of leisure and lifestyle programs

**Ideally you will have**
- Experience in an Aged Care or supporting Residents with lifestyle and leisure programs
- ** At a minimum of a Cert 3 in Aged Care**:

- Cert 4 in Health and Leisure (Highly regarded)
- Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
- NDIS Worker Check (valid within the last 5 years)
- Working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc.)
- Energetic and effective communicator
- Evidence of Covid-19 vaccinations in line with current requirements
- Flu Vaccinations
