Interested applicants must have:

- A passion to work with children.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive approach to supporting children and their families.
- An intention to work and learn with our children for a meaningful period of time.

Successful applicants will have:

- a desire to enrol in a Certificate III in Children's Education and Care - or
- a Certificate III in Children's Education and Care - or studying, or
- a Diploma in Children's Education and Care - or studying, or
- a Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education/Teaching or higher

You will:

- be a positive role model to the little people in your care
- love and care for tiny humans - with with respect and passion
- develop and implement educational activities at a moments notice through engaging with the children
- write about children in interesting and intelligent ways
- let children's families know how awesome their children are
- reading and singing stories from books held upside down, whilst enjoying "hug-gles" from multiple children
- educate a wide variety of different wonderful young children whilst being climbed upon, chatted to, and loved:

We are really searching for passionate Educators who have the intention to be mentored, then grow and develop and remain with our company in an early childhood career.

You must be a positive person with:

- a Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Education and Care - or a willingness and determination to enrol in this qualification,
- excellent English language skills,
- Australian citizenship (or Visa eligibility),
- a Working With Vulnerable People Check and,
- a desire to "work" - in a position of caring for and educating young children.

We can offer enrolment support for future study, and visa support to suitably qualified overseas applicants.

We offer above ratio staffing, fantastic pay (excellent above award conditions) and a fully supportive, local management team. We are a well-established flexible and motivated workplace run by a Canberra owned and operated company.

Located in Majura (Majura Park Childcare Centre), Torrens (Torrens ELC) and Kambah (Urambi ELC), our centres feature beautifully designed internal and outdoor space that is generously resourced.

We are open to considering applicants who require flexible working arrangements including part time and casual work schedules.

**Salary**: $17.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
