**The Organisation**

Anzuk is working in partnership with the leadership team at a not-for-profit community-based organisation.

**The opportunity**:
The Director will provide strategic leadership and inspire the staff to deliver excellent early years programs and services which are consistent with their priorities and values and which ensure that the organisation remains financially sustainable and meets all its compliance obligations.

The Director is the senior leadership role supporting the staff to grow their professional skills and provide a progressive, supportive and professional working environment. This person will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of the service and delivering the Strategic Plan through engagement with stakeholders.

You will be Diploma or Bachelor qualified Early Years professional with 3+ years’ experience as centre director who possesses strong business acumen and experience managing large services.

You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS. In addition, you will have a proven track record in the management of budgets, rosters and policies.
