**Operations Coordinator**

**Work Type - Permanent Part-Time - 24-32 hrs/week**

Do you want to build and develop operational processes/business functions with a strong focus on WHS, OHS, and compliance?

This integral role is a permanent part time position with 24-32 hrs/week (we are flexible to suit you, including WFH options). The person we are looking for will be responsible for monitoring the operational functions and build of processes that meet the business needs.

This role requires someone with experience in reviewing, writing and maintaining WHS and OHS business requirements, protocols and procedures but also someone passionate about exceptional customer experience This role would suit a nurse who would like to split their time between working on the floor and completing the operations coordinator tasks. We can be flexible with the split between the hours of admin and shifts on the floor.

**All About You**
The ideal applicant will must have strong experience in reviewing, writing and maintaining WHS and OHS business requirement, protocols and procedures aligned to Fair Work legislation and policy. You will have extensive experience with business operations, budgets and financial reporting.
- The ability to interpreter financial data and allocate budgets
- Ability to promote efficiency towards achieving business objectives and profitability
- In-depth knowledge of project management and strategic planning
- Advanced knowledge of best business practices
- Exceptional customer experience road mapping and service delivery
- Advanced knowledge of vendor management and negotiations
- Proficiency in business operations management software, such as Stock Management, SmartFlow, Vet S8, Vision, Teams and Employment Hero.
