Waverley, Australia Haikoo Massage and Float Full time

Part-time receptionist required in Waverley near Bondi Junction. We are a busy clinic that offers Remedial Massage, Osteopathy and Floatation Therapy. You will be working with our friendly team of 15 and keeping the high standard of care our clients receive.

Requirements: Previous Reception experience is required. Looking for someone with a friendly, warm nature, well presented and possessing excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be organized, have the ability to multitask, be quick and have strong attention to detail. You have good computer skills and a basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. A background and/or interest in the Natural Therapies industry is also a plus

Duties: You are the clients first point of contact to Haikoo Massage & Float. You will be responsible for greeting clients, walking clients to the float room and briefing them on how to prepare for the Float, adhering to COVID protocols, taking bookings by phone or over the counter and processing payments. You have the responsibility of ensuring the clinic runs smoothly, help the therapists if needed and appointments run on time.

You will be working independently and closely with the owner on various administrative projects such as data entry and working on social media and newsletter campaigns. This is a varied and busy role; you must be self-motivated to work on projects independently and handle the busy periods.

Various physical tasks include the turnaround of the float room, laundry, vacuuming and ensuring the overall presentation of the clinic meets the high standard of Haikoo. You will be responsible for opening the clinic.

Hours required are approximately 15-20 hours per week with a combination of morning afternoon shifts/afternoon evening shifts and weekend shifts. More hours later on a possibility too.
