We're looking for a passionate, determined, ‘guest experience’ focused talent to join our Canberra Team in the role of Assistant Store Manager. The purpose of this role is to lead, mentor and drive our teams to success.

- Support the Store Manager in coaching and developing the team to provide a world class guest experience and achieve set KPIs

- Execute visual merchandising plans ensuring brand consistency and sales opportunities are leveraged
- Ensure operational excellence is maintained in store, including stock management
- Uphold WHS standards - think safe, act safe, keep others safe
