Our client is an iconic brand in the world of fashion. They are looking for experienced Assistant Store Manager to join their fantastic team.

***

THE ROLE

You are responsible for achieving the Sales and Profit goals in the Store by creating a plan to deliver a Great Customer Experience in line with the Area.

You ensure you have a great team and support its development. You work with succession planning, talent and leadership development and structured performance management, based on results, values and leadership.

You work in accordance with legal requirements and the company's standards, policies, and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Flexibility with rostering including shifts between 7am-10pm with rotating weekends.
- Strong team development skills with a key focus around succession planning.
- Lead and engage a team of minimum 25+.
- You regularly analyse and follow up your Store's Sales & Profit KPIs and take actions accordingly to maximise results.
- You contribute to the business success by being result-driven, business minded, a team player and a role model.
- You manage the recruitment, training, development, and succession planning for the Store.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks based on the needs of our fast-paced business.
- The ability to analyse figures and formulate plans to maximize sales.
- The motivation to drive ambitions and reach business & personal goals.
- Proven history of team development in fashion retail.
