**About LouvAir**
LouvAir is a growing Sydney manufacturer of aluminium louvres, windows, doors and glazing systems for ventilation, screening and shading. We design, fabricate and install quality architectural products and we’re gearing up for our next stage of growth.

**The Opportunity**
We’re hiring a hands-on all-rounder to help across the full workflow: from receiving materials and prepping orders, through cutting/assembly and CNC machining, to on-site installs. The right person can grow with the business; as we expand (additional factory staff, sales, larger premises), there’s a real pathway to increased responsibility and—down the track—an operations lead/manager type role.

**What you’ll do**
- Receive deliveries, purchase/collect materials, and manage storage/stock.
- Prepare jobs: measuring, marking, cutting, drilling, deburring, assembly.
- Operate machinery and hand tools (drop saws, drills, riveters, etc.).
- CNC machining of aluminium components (training provided).
- Quality checks against drawings/specs, packing and dispatch.
- Coordinate parts/hardware: ensure everything needed for install is sourced, purchased, received and ready.
- On-site installation of louvres, windows/doors and related systems (as required).
- Keep the factory tidy, safe and efficient; follow WHS practices and PPE.

**You’ll bring**
- A great attitude, reliability and pride in workmanship.
- Practical/mechanical aptitude and confidence with tools.
- Ability to read a tape, follow drawings and work to millimetre accuracy.
- Current car driver’s licence (required).
- Right to work in Australia.

**Nice to have (bonus points, not must-haves)**:

- Experience in aluminium fabrication, glazing, shopfitting or similar trades.
- CNC (router/machining centre) experience.
- White Card, Working at Heights, EWP, Forklift licence.
- Basic MIG/TIG or riveting/assembly experience with aluminium.
- Familiarity with site installs and customer-facing professionalism.

**Hours & Location**
- Chipping Norton (NSW) factory with travel to suppliers and job sites as required.
- Standard weekday hours with occasional flexibility for installs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
