**What You’ll Be Doing**
- ** Lead the Way**:Drive engagement and results with your team of 20-50 legends.
- ** Own the Ops**: Handle rostering, recruitment, stock, and compliance with support from your Area Manager.
- ** Grow Your Crew**: Help your team thrive with check-ins, performance reviews, and development plans.
- ** Keep the Numbers in Check**: Manage profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs to keep the Restaurant running smoothly.
- ** Champion your Community**: Run our Local Matters program to support and engage local groups.
- ** Assistant Drive Thru Managers**: You’ll be supporting your Restaurant Manager on the above.
