**Description**:
As a Stock Controller at Perfection Fresh Australia, located in Homebush Markets, you will play a crucial role within the Trading Floor department. This permanent full-time position falls under the Operations category and offers an exciting opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to contribute to our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing and overseeing the inventory control system to ensure accuracy and integrity of stock levels
- Monitoring stock movements, conducting regular stock counts, and reconciling any discrepancies
- Coordinating with various stakeholders to forecast stock requirements and maintain optimal stock levels
- Implementing efficient stock management processes to minimise waste and losses
- Performing regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Utilising inventory management software to track stock movements and generate reports
- Collaborating with other departments to fulfil stock requests and maintain smooth operations
- Identifying areas for process improvements and implementing solutions to enhance overall efficiency

**Skills and Experiences**:

- Proven experience as a stock controller or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of inventory management and control procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced trading floor environment
- Proficient in using stock management software and MS Office, especially Excel
- Good understanding of supply chain processes and logistics
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recording stock movements
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with traders and suppliers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
