Our business is growing and so is the **OneData **team. In this newly defined position, we're looking for a **Head of Customer Success and Product** with strong business instincts, management experience, creativity and analytics mastery_. Crucially, this role will work with our customers to prioritise use cases of our Wesfarmers-wide shared data asset (the SDA) which maximise incremental sales and profit for our customers. _

**In this role, you'll get to**
- Manage the key strategic stakeholder relationships in line with OneData brand, culture and performance expectations
- Design and lead the solution implementation for new customers in collaboration with CDO.
- Be the trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their priorities.
- Translate customer priorities into a consolidated product roadmap for the SDA and more.
- Ensure that the financial and other impacts of the products are measured and reviewed.
- Build and manage relationships within our business to evolve our solution offerings, drive program governance, build customer advocacy and generate positive customer experience.
- Learn from your team while you share your knowledge adding your very own splash of colour to our palette and make it fun. At OneDigital It is part of everyone’s core role to ensure that no one is left behind and that everyone is enjoying their journey as they evolve

**To shine on day one, what you need to have**:

- 6+ years of experience as a team leader, Customer Success Manager, Project Manager or Technical Account Manager with a proven success record.
- Problem solving skills: The ability to think creatively and work collaboratively with teams to solve business challenges.
- Strategic and commercial expertise: the ability to anticipate and balances today and tomorrow and can navigate complexity to provide clear strategic thinking.
- The ability to ask the right questions and understand the information received.
- Outstanding presentation skills: The ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leaders and to lead stakeholder meetings.
- Your commitment to yourself to consistently grow in your role.
- The clarity to tell us what YOU want and where you want to reach in your career so we can help you get there

**It's a bonus, but not required, if you have**:

- Qualifications in data Science or equivalent experience.
- Past product management experience in the retail industry
- Experience in building and leading high-performance teams
- A pet that you can introduce to the teams in online team meetings.
- A sense of humour to add to our existing squad or a hobby that you can engage the team to join you in Why not?
