- Step into a critical leadership position as Head of Financial Accounting and help shape the financial future of our business during a transformative period. This is an exciting opportunity to lead change, strengthen governance, and ensure financial integrity.-
- You will oversee financial accounting, regulatory compliance, and audit processes, ensuring accuracy and transparency in all financial reporting. Your expertise will guide strategic decisions and support a smooth transition to new ownership.-
- Key responsibilities will include:Lead the preparation and submission of accurate, compliant financial statements.
- Ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory, and corporate reporting requirements.
- Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions, including divestment-related activities.
- Oversee internal and external audit processes, ensuring timely resolution of findings.
- Develop and maintain a robust internal control framework to mitigate financial risks.

About You**-
- You are an accomplished finance leader who thrives in complexity and change. With deep technical expertise and a strategic mindset, you know how to balance compliance with innovation. You’re confident in influencing senior stakeholders and leading high-performing teams through transformation.-
- Your ability to deliver results under pressure and inspire excellence sets you apart. You’re ready to take ownership of financial accounting during a pivotal time and make a lasting impact.-
- In addition, you will have:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA/CPA/ACCA highly desirable.
- 10-15 years’ experience in financial accounting, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Expertise in financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience in divestment, restructuring, or transformation environments.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills in complex, multinational settings.
