The Brisbane Markets® is Queensland's most important marketing and distribution hub for the supply of fresh fruit, vegetables, and flowers—annually trading in excess of 700 million kilos of produce, valued at more than $2 billion to secondary wholesalers, provedores, food processors, retailers and independent supermarkets.

A representative of the Wholesalers who operate in the Brisbane Markets®, Brismark is searching for a **Pre-Pack Assistant Manager**

**This position offers**:

- **Full time, day shift Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Additional work every second weekend.**
- Only 12ks from Brisbane CBD with public transport available.

- $70 000 - $90 000 per annum + super. Depending on experience.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Supervising store team and order assembly.
- Meeting order despatch times. Assist with daily stock reconciliation.
- Supervising all necessary warehouse activities, stock takes, end of day and end of month cleans.
- Ensure equipment is maintained in a fully operational condition and report any maintenance or safety issues to management.
- Ensure all paperwork relative to your role is recorded accurately and on a daily basis. Other administrative duties as directed by the sales team.
- Preferable warehouse experience or hands on labouring experience
- **Current forklift license**and demonstrated **forklift driving experience** in previous roles
- Experience in **food manufacturing, fresh produce, including quality assurance practices**preferred
- A responsible work ethic and attention to detail
- Computer literate and mechanical aptitude
