**About the role**

The security manager oversees the effective operation of all security systems, processes and people across all Ballarat sites. The manager creates security strategies, ensures implementation of security procedures and provides quality information and advice to ensure the facilities and their equipment and the people within are in a safe and secure environment.

**Skills and experience**
- Extensive experience in managing security systems and processes in complex environments
- Ability to engage with people and communicate effectively requirements to ensure safety and security of people and property
- High level knowledge of access control, alarm and CCTV systems
