Nido Early School **Duncraig** is seeking an administrator who is expert in making the ordinary exceptional. We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families.

This critical role provides administration and leadership support within the service, ensuring the service provides exceptional customer services and a warm Nido welcome to all families. You will lean on your organisational expertise and time management skills, in contributing to the effective operation of the service and leadership team.

**ABOUT THE SERVICE**:

- Caters for children from 6 weeks to 5 years old across 5 rooms and 3 beautiful outdoor play areas
- Incredible in-service support from a full time Service Administrator and full time Curriculum Leader.
- Outstanding long standing Area Manager to guide you through your career
- Walking distance to local coffee shop and park
- Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.
- Opening hours - 6:30am-630pm - Monday-Friday

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Previous front desk administration experience
- Be confident in communicating with families both face to face and over the phone
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
- Certificate or Diploma in Business - desirable
