**Job Opportunities**:

- Casual positions available
- Evening shifts: 4pm to 12am
- Locations: Campbelltown NSW
- **MUST have availability to cover Thursday, Friday / Saturday evenings
- **Strong experience working with High Intensity & Complex Behaviours

**Requirements (or willing to obtain)**:

- Australian Open Driver’s license
- Reliable Vehicle with (minimum of) Third Party Insurance
- Working with Children Check
- International Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Orientation Certificate
- First Aid & CPR certificate
- COVID-19 Infection Control Certificate

**Desired**:

- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Ageing Support or Mental Health
- Medication Administration
- Crisis De-escalation training

You will be responsible for mobilising the NDIS support plan of participants, providing person-centered care supports, assisting with daily living & helping to build independent skills of the participants.

**Skills Required**:

- Experience working with High Intensity Clients & Complex Behaviours (essential)
- Ability to be respectful, empathise & demonstrate compassion
- Ability to be patient, remain positive & express understanding
- Effective problem solving, negotiation & conflict management
- Ability to establish, maintain & nurture relationships
- Attention to detail & well-developed organisational skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting daily living & building independent skills of participants
- Connect with participants, team & other supports
- Uphold all administrative requirements

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $35.00 - $65.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

All workers are required to wear a mask, sanitise and use additional PPE when required to reduce the spread of COVID-19.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Campbelltown NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- support clients with high intensity / complex behaviour: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- National or International Police Check (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
