**Environmental Layer Farm Manager**

**Permanent full-time position**

Remuneration includes a competitive salary plus superannuation and fully maintained company vehicle. Other benefits include a company provided rental home.

**To be successful in this role, you will possess the following attributes**:

- Previous experience in poultry animal husbandry is essential
- Previous management experience is essential
- Current C class open driver’s license
- A strong work ethic, reliable, punctual and motivated
- People supervisory experience including scheduling, work task planning and performance management
- Above standard record keeping skills
- Ability to resolve and act upon requests or disputes from both staff and management
- Be committed to staff development and team building
- Ability to order and maintain levels of requisites needed for the maintenance of the sites
- Ability to work as part of a team, but be able to work autonomously when required
- Effective interpersonal communication skills
- Organisational and time management skills, with the ability to carry out a range of different tasks
- A high level of workmanship and attention to detail
- Willingness to strictly adhere to the required animal welfare guidelines and regulations
- Willingness to adhere to all health and safety, bio-security and operational requirements
- Demonstrate behaviours that align with company policies and organisational values
- **Bio-security rules dictate that no birds, pigs, or poultry may be kept at your place of residence.**
