The main purpose of this function is to oversee the performance of acquisition and continuous credit strategies across all credit products, using analytics to identify opportunities or areas that require improvement within the entire credit portfolio lifecycle. Major stakeholders: Product and Pricing committee and Continuous Credit Group
- Monitor the performance of policy rules and scorecards and provide insights and strategies to improve effectiveness and mitigate risk
- Run detailed ad-hoc analyses on multiple fronts such as acquisition and the portfolio back book to generate actionable insights and recommendations
- Develop relationships with senior leadership by creating and maintaining robust reporting and analytical insights that are easily understood and can effectively be used

**Skills**:
- Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python-
- Stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration-
- Excellent analytics and communications skillsExperience (not required, but helpful):

- Knowerldge of how credit portfolio move and operate
- Experience working with large datasets, analytic based tools, data visualisation and dashboard creation.
- Strong mathematical and numeracy skills
