**If you have Lamb boning, slicing and/or knife hand skills/experience we are now hiring**

JBS Brooklyn, located 15 minutes from Melbourne’s CBD are currently seeking experienced skilled Lamb boners, slicers and knife hands.

**About you**:

- Experience working with Lamb
- Experience within the meat industry utilising knife skills
- Must be able to work FULL TIME
- Available to work on the AM shift
- Available Monday to Friday
- Have reliable transport
- Have Q Fever Immunisation or be willing to undergo the process
- Must be reliable, committed, punctual, willing to learn and have a positive attitude
