**Your Role**:

- Be the **first point of contact** for customers, providing friendly and professional service.
- Coordinate **service appointments**, job scheduling, and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and management to ensure a **smooth service experience**.
- Assist customers with **vehicle maintenance plans** and provide expert advice on vehicle care.
- Manage **customer follow-ups** to ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships.

**Skills and Experience**:

- A **positive “can-do” attitude** and passion for customer service.
- Proven experience in a **customer-facing role**.
- Highly **motivated, organized**, and **IT savvy**.
- Excellent **communication skills** with the ability to build rapport.
- A **mechanical aptitude** is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to **work both independently and as part of a collaborative team**.
