**Your key responsibilities will be to**:

- work proactively in one of our 3 junctures (P-1, 2-3 or 4,5,6) as a contributing team member,
- actively participate as a member of the Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) team,
- engage with staff and parents to create positive relationships,
- manage student behaviour via school wide referral process,
- utilise technology to engage student learning
- facilitate student wellbeing through creative and interesting initiatives
- a thorough understanding of the PBL Framework and the ability to anaylse data.
- to implement strategies that improve student behaviour, attendance, engagement and performance.

- Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration, as a teacher in Queensland.
