Edmen Community Staffing Solutions, a division of Edmen Group, are looking for a Customer Service Co-ordinator with previous experience in community-based/aged care service coordination.

**The role**
Based at our Shellharbour office, you will be working within a team of customer service professionals and will be responsible for allocating rosters and adhoc shifts to a dedicated workforce. You will manage customer expectations and co-ordinate staff, by phone, across the country.

**What you need to succeed**
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience working in a fast paced position within a similar customer service setting and will possess the following:

- A positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Have a strong work ethic and a professional phone manner
- Ability to build effective working relationships
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and delegate tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capability and willingness to learn new systems and processes

Experience in an allocation or scheduling role along with exposure to community-based/aged care service coordination or similar will be highly regarded.
