Administrator Traineeship - Cert III in Business

Join MEGT as an Administrator Trainee Are you detail-oriented, organised, and ready to kick off your admin career? MEGT has a fantastic opportunity with one of our clients for a Traineeship in Kings Grove.

About the role:

This traineeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands on experience in

- Plan, assign, and manage reactive and programmed work orders, optimising technician allocation by skill, location, and priority.
- Monitor daily job progress, addressing delays or access issues to keep work on track.
- Rebook and reschedule jobs promptly due to tenant unavailability, client delays, or field issues, minimising service disruption.
- Maintain priority-based scheduling for Key Client accounts to meet contractual SLAs.
- Communicate with tenants to confirm access, clarify job requirements, and track recurring programmed works to ensure timely completion.

- Strong telephone etiquette with ability to manage and de-escalate difficult conversations.
- High attention to detail and organisational accuracy.
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Able to meet tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.
- Collaborative team player with a client-focused approach.
