Montefiore is seeking enthusiastic, caring and team-orientated AINs to support our residents at our campuses in **Randwick, Hunters Hill and Woollahra**. We have vacancies for AINs to work morning, afternoon and night shifts on permanent full time basis.

**The Role**
- Provide personal care needs and services as per consumer’s individual care needs and care plans
- Provide person-centred care to residents in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Deliver care that aligns with consumers dignity, choice, and independence

**About you**
- Previous experience in Aged Care
- Certificate III on Individual Support/Aged Care as a minimum requirement
- Positive, caring and compassionate with a fantastic work ethic
- A great communicator who enjoys working in a supportive team
- Open to continuous learning
