- Seeking an inspirational and proactive State Sales Manager with RTO experience to lead the continued growth of this successful market leader in trade training for students_._
Our client is a leading accredited vocational education and training provider in the construction sector, bringing a future skills focused strategy. They have purpose built campus facilities to provide a superior learning experience to their onshore Australian and International Students, whilst also supporting their offshore and remote students who are receiving their own superior learning experience via online modalities, providing all with access to nationally accredited Certificates, Diploma’s and Advanced Diploma qualifications.
- Our client’s focus is on their enviable portfolio of specialist Trade Training, and today they are well positioned to become the leading vocational and professional education and training group, underpinned with operations across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia. As an RTO, they successfully train circa 20,000 students each year across more than 700 instructor lead courses via online and face-to-face delivery from 13 campuses in Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines.
- The portfolio you will be taking over incorporates two individual vertical specialisations, both recognised training Specialists to the Building and Construction Industry, and collectively are offering quality Apprenticeships and RPL to both national and international markets.

By leveraging off a unique proprietary approach, they are able to help both experienced tradespeople get their experience recognised on the way to becoming license-ready (RPL), as well as delivering accredited qualifications for those starting out in their trade career (Apprenticeships).

- If you are a highly skilled hands on Sales Manager with limited to no RTO exp, _training will be _provided._
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Proactively leading the Sales and Account Management functions across WA
- Collaborating with colleagues to maximise on your effectiveness.
- Identifying and managing a strong pipeline to support revenue and customer growth.
- Collaborate, develop and execute a targeted sales plans to ensure the delivery of all financial and service delivery objectives for WA across both businesses (International and Domestic)
- Design and integrate effective sales reporting and data analytics to proactively develop strategies to drive sales effectiveness.
- Develop process, systems and structure to improve predictability, efficiency and enable great outcomes across all sales streams.
- Ensure all practices, policies and processes are aligned to federal, state and industry regulatory, legislative and contractual requirements applicable to the accredited training industry.
- Support the International team in building strong relationships with international student agents.
- Proactively contributing to the design and promotion of their product portfolio, ensuring you develop trusted relationships with your customer base.
**What you will bring**:
- Ideally accredited training sector experience with an understanding of the International and Domestic Training environment
- Hands on pipeline development and management
- Experience in relationship management especially in a multicultural environment
- Extensive experience in CRM management
