**About the opportunity**
We are currently seeking a dedicated **Senior Business Support Assistant** (SBSA) with strong administrative background and roster experience to join our team at our **Moran Stockton home.**
**This role will be a dedicated role to support the Senior Management team and their engagement activities with residents, carers, families, providers, employees and key stakeholders.**
Reporting to the General Manager, the Senior Business Support Assistant is a member of the Moran Home leadership team and responsible for executing the detailed processes entailed in specific aspects of business, financial, facilities
and HR administration.
You will work with a wonderful team of dedicated people and your contribution will make a difference to our residents’ enjoyment of their life every day.

**About the Role**
- Responsible for the developing of detailed workplans identifying key areas of administrative support, that must be continually monitored to achieve agreed performance
- Delivering a range of administrative and/or customer services in support of existing systems or processes to agreed standards, to maximise service quality and continuity.
- Receiving and responding to everyday enquiries from colleagues and customers to provide a timely, courteous and effective service.
- Coordinating new employee interviews and on-boarding
- Coordinating timely placement and closure of purchase orders, following established ordering procedures to ensure adequate resources are available.
- Support the General Manager and leadership team with daily administrative tasks.
- Provide assistance to employees, residents and visitors where appropriate and support the new resident and resident discharge process
- Overseeing and delegating tasks to the administration team.
- Act as back up for Roster Management during leave or periods of absence.(training provided)
**About You**
- Able to communicate with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organised with strong planning skills.
- Able to work effectively and efficiently within a team and independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and quality management systems.
- Microsoft Office experience
- Roster experience (desirable)
- Experience working in a large Aged Care Facility (desirable)
- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current influenza vaccination
