The Role
An opportunity has become available for two Human Resource Business Partners to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
- Initiate, influence and manage relationships with all areas of Gold Coast Health including a broad range of key clients, stakeholders, team members and unions
- Act as the conduit between the expertise from within specialist HR functions in Human Resource Services and clients to identify and drive improvements
- Provide influential HR consultancy and advice to leaders to implement strategies and interventions
- Identify, analyse and review emerging issues and trends relating to people and organisational capability promoting awareness across the health service
- Research and interpret issues providing HR advice and recommendations to people leaders on key workforce challenges

About you

**To be successful in this position you will require**:

- A relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field would be well regarded
- Evidence of vaccination and remain vaccinated against - COVID 19
- Declaration of serious discipline history must be completed

Salary
- Permanent full time and temporary full time (one permanent position and one temporary position, up to 12 months with a possibility of extension)
- Base salary ranging from $108 936 - $116 690 per annum

About Us
The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) partners closely with key divisional leaders and the wider Human Resource Services team to maximise the organisation's human capital through implementation of its objectives. The HRBP works collaboratively with the HRBP Manager and senior leaders to develop a HR agenda which supports the achievement of the overall objective of a designated division or directorate. Based in Southport.
