Our Bowral and Picton branches are looking for an enthusiastic **Customer Service Representative** to join the team and provide great service and support to IMB customers in relation to their financial needs.

**The role**
- Having conversations with members face to face, over the phone and via our online channels, to assist them with their banking and insurance needs
- Exploring new opportunities to find the right financial solutions that may improve our members position
- Working with a team to achieve daily goals and business objectives
- Maintaining a high level of operational adherence in line with company and regulatory standards, policies and procedures
- Cash handling, balancing and administrative activities
- Providing coverage across Bowral and Picton branches in a permanent relief capacity.

**The Person**
- Experience in a retail, sales and/or customer service environment
- Honesty and integrity with the ability to diligently follow and adhere to policies and procedures in a regulated financial services environment
- Sound numeracy, cash handling experience and an accurate eye for detail
- An aptitude for technology with proficient computer skills
- A positive and upbeat outlook and genuinely enjoy helping others and working together to achieve common goals
- Initiative and the ability to manage multiple activities
- A valid Driver’s License and reliable transport with the flexibility and availability to travel and work at branches within the region if and when required.
