**Barista Position - Bee Keen Café, Westfield Knox**

Bee Keen Café is looking for a passionate and professional **Barista** to join our team If you love coffee, food, and creating exceptional customer experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Craft high-quality coffee and beverages with precision and care, including mastering latte art.
- Ensure all food and drinks meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Manage supplier orders for coffee, drinks, and sweets, maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Support smooth café operations, including opening/closing routines, cleaning, and workflow management.
- Deliver warm, welcoming customer service and build positive relationships with patrons.
- Work efficiently under pressure during peak periods while maintaining quality.
- Collaborate with the team to uphold Bee Keen’s commitment to excellence, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in driving sales and enhancing café performance through teamwork and innovative ideas.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in café or hospitality roles (**barista experience essential; management experience a plus**).
- A passion for coffee, food, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Strong organisational skills, including stock ordering and staff rostering experience.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Reliability and flexibility to adapt to business needs.
