Barista Position – Little Sparrow Knox Westfield

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at Little Sparrow Knox Westfield for a 6-month incumbent position, with the possibility of an ongoing role after review.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven barista experience with a passion for coffee and consistency in quality.
  • Hospitality background in the café industry min 2years experienc.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a warm, positive, and professional attitude.
  • Someone who loves to go the extra mile to create memorable customer experiences.
  • Reliability and flexibility to work Monday to Sunday.
  • Ability to open or close the café as required.
