Join our team in this casual role for coverage in the Geelong area*, including** Geelong North, Geelong West, Geelong Westfield, Bellarine Village, Waurn Ponds and Torquay.**

Hours of work will be within the hours of** 9am - 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, and 9am to 5:30pm Friday. *Mileage Paid**

**This is an ongoing Casual role.**While it is a casual role, you will still have ample opportunity to undertake learning opportunities and part time and full-time positions may be available in the future.

**In this role, you will**
- Support our branches by being the first point of contact for our customers
- Work with your customers to identify the most suitable products and services that best matches their needs and ensuring they receive a seamless, consistent, and customised customer service experience every step of the way.
- Assist our customers with account opening, unsecured Lending and banking transactions
- Ensure all customer details are accurate and up to date
- Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) to customers to help make their banking simple, easy and secure
- Undertaking ongoing training and development to enhance your career development
