If you're looking for an exciting opportunity, we are searching for a 3D Technical Artist to be directly involved in creating bespoke games from concept through to publishing.

**The Role**:
As the Technical Artist, you'll collaborate with artists and programmers to bring visually striking and technically optimized assets into the games. You will work closely with programmers and designers to ensure that 3D assets are set up appropriately with the correct components, materials, and effects.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Asset Integration**: Work closely with artists to integrate 3D assets ensuring optimal performance and visual fidelity.
- **Pipeline Development**: Collaborate with the art and programming teams to develop and refine efficient pipelines for asset creation and integration understanding of the Graphics Rendering Pipeline.
- **Shader and Materials**: Create and implement shaders, materials, and textures that enhance visual quality while adhering to performance targets.
- **Technical Problem Solving**: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to asset integration, performance, and visual quality.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with artists, animators, designers, and programmers to ensure a seamless integration of art assets and technical solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Technical Artist or similar role in the gaming industry.
- Proficiency in 3D software such as Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender.
- Understanding of Unity game engine.
- Knowledge of shaders, materials, and rendering techniques.
- Familiarity with optimization techniques for real-time graphics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for gaming and a keen eye for visual quality.
