**The Opportunity**:
Come and join our team We are seeking a Community Disability Support Worker to support our client based in Templestowe Lower. You will be responsible for supporting a customer with daily living tasks, enabling them to live an independent and holistic life. Each day may look a little different but your work will be centred around the following:

- Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
- Providing support with hygiene and personal care
- Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
- Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
- Meal assistance which may include meal preparation
- Domestic duties and cleaning

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- At least one year experience as a Disability Support Worker or Aged Care Worker
- NDIS Clearance, First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months) & National police clearance - or willingness to obtain
- Willingness to learn and a can-do attitude

**What shifts are we offering?**
- Tuesdays - 4pm - 6pm (1 hour personal care/1 hour Domestic Assistance)
- Sundays - 3.5 hours in afternoon or morning (flexible) Domestic Assistance only
