The Fresh team in Brisbane has immediate vacancy for experienced Permanent and casual CDP to join their Culinary team. Work across a diverse variety of functions and events spaces, including offsite corporate events and festivals, where no two days are ever the same.

- Casual Rate at Level 6: Mon-Fri at $37.05 Sat at $44.46 plus super
**About the role**
- Based across multiple spaces including offsite events.
- Range of functions and events including cocktail parties, conferences, and sit-down dinners
- Work closely with the Head Chefs to ensure efficient food production and quality control
- Run your own section in a high-quality and high volume environment
- Ensure the highest standards of presentation and quality
- Monday to Saturday shifts
**About you**
- Qualifications in Cert III Commercial Cookery
- Experience in fast-paced cafe or events environment
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for cooking, and be open to learning new skills in the kitchen
- A QLD Blue Card or be willing to undergo a criminal history check
