Working as part of the Technology digitisation team you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services, collaborating with end-users and software vendors, writing test plans, conducting user training, managing documentation, system monitoring, and participating in software development projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborating with end-users and software vendors to identify and resolve issues.
- Deploying configuration changes across development, test, and production environments.
- Assisting with writing test plans and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Developing and conducting end-user training.
- Monitoring system performance and addressing performance issues.
- Participating in software development projects.

**Key Requirements**:

- Experience with platforms like Infor Pathway, TechnologyOne, HP Content Manager, Frontier and iChris.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proven experience in customer-oriented support and service function.
- Clear communication and collaboration skills.
- Time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills in a complex, dynamic environment.
