Smart Disability Care is a well-established and respected provider of NDIS services, offering a wide range of disability support services in the Sydney area. Our support workers are dedicated to assisting our participants meet their needs.

Currently we are looking for a support worker to work with one of our participants around the Prestons area, who requires support in home care.

Active night shifts will mainly be required where you will provide support along with the participants family.

Shift times:
Monday to Friday

1.00am to 9.45am

Saturday/Sunday/ Monday

5.30pm to 1.00am (2 shifts)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Subcontract

**Salary**: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Prestons, NSW 2170 (required)
