**URGENT HIRING**
Disability Support Workers willing to travel to **Prestons NSW 2170**.

**Availability**:

- Must be available on **Wednesdays**and **Thursdays**: 6pm to 9pm.

**Required**:

- NDIS Workers Screening Check (Service NSW) (or willing to obtain).
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Current full Australian driver’s license and own car (not required, but the role is open to driving staff as well).
- Comprehensive Car Insurance (if driving).

**Other requirements**:

- Fluent in English.
- Skilled in Manual Handling, managing challenging behaviours, and delivering other high-care support.
- Previous experience in Disability Support or Assistant in Nursing (AIN).
- Previous experience with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Depression and Anxiety.
- Assist with personal care and domestic assistance.
- Available across all weekdays, including weekends and Public Holidays.

Your role is to provide exceptional service whilst supporting clients to meet their goals as set out in their NDIS plan. **This includes but is not limited to**:

- Intensive, flexible, and responsive client-focused support to assist clients in successfully improving their physical and mental health.
- Has an initiative to plan client's activities and other social outings.
- Develop connections with the community, and achieve their goals.
- Assist in their needs of daily living, domestic assistance, social support, transport, community outings, and so on.
- Willing to do both Support Work and Assistant in Nursing.
- Willing to be on-call and travel to different areas.
